MARIE BISCUIT PUDDING






 
This one is another delicious, easy and a must try recipe...I am sure all you guys will love this too... :)
Well, here i go.........
 
Serves : 7-8 persons

Ingredients

melted butter - 150gm
powdered sugar - 2tbsp
condensed milk - 1 tin
whipping powder - 1 sachet
fresh cream - 1 tin
Marie Gold biscuit - 1 packet grumbled
gelatine - 2 tsp.
caramelised cashew nuts - as your choice, used for decoration

Method

Beat melted butter and powdered sugar using an electric mixer until soft. Add grumbled Marie Gold biscuits to it and mix well with a spoon. Now add them to your serving dish and press lightly. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup of warm water.
Prepare whipping cream as follows:
 
 
1. Blend the following in a deep narrow-bottom bowl:
1/2 cup of cold milk, 1/2tsp of vanilla essence, 1 sachet of whipping powder.
2. Beat on high speed with hand or electric mixer for about 4 minutes or until topping thickens and forms light fluffy peaks.                                                                                                                          


In another vessel beat condensed milk and cream for few minutes. Add whipping cream to it and beat again. Add dissolved gelatine and beat once again. Pour this mixture above the layered biscuit. Refrigerate.
Sprinkle caramelised cashew nuts above before serving.
